Jared is a lifelong Cincinnatian and graduate of The Ohio State University. After working on student elections at OSU and schools throughout the Midwest, he got his first work in electoral politics in 2010 on legislative races in Columbus. In 2013, he moved to Cincinnati and founded Rivertown Strategies as a full-service consulting firm to support progressive candidates and causes throughout Ohio and the Upper South. Since then the firm has grown to work with candidates and issues in five states at the local, state, and federal levels in five states. He is an avid Reds, Bengals, Buckeyes, and Bearcats fan.
Aditya got his start in politics like many others his age working on President Obama's reelection campaign in 2012. He went onto completing an Organizing for Action fellowship in the spring of 2014 which led him to his first job working on a campaign full time. After completing a state legislative race as the data director, he went onto working on various issue based campaigns. He is currently a co-op student at the University of Cincinnati. He serves as the operations director, facilitating meetings, organizing events, and many of the data operations at Rivertown Strategies. Additionally he over sees the intern program and the day to day operations of the firm.
Throughout her time at Miami University, Morgan became involved in both politics and design work. Her passions for both converged while interning at Devine Mulvey Longabaugh, a media consulting firm in Washington, D. C. During her time there, she worked with political candidates at all levels and aided in developing marketing plans & writing television ad scripts. She then transitioned into the digital realm, where she has experience designing and marketing for local businesses and school organizations. She is currently a rising senior majoring in Political Science and Interactive Media Studies. She’s excited to bring together her passion for politics and love for design in her position as digital director at Rivertown Strategies.
