Jared is a lifelong Cincinnatian and graduate of The Ohio State University. After working on student elections at OSU and schools throughout the Midwest, he got his first work in electoral politics in 2010 on legislative races in Columbus. In 2013, he moved to Cincinnati and founded Rivertown Strategies as a full-service consulting firm to support progressive candidates and causes throughout Ohio and the Upper South. Since then the firm has grown to work with candidates and issues in five states at the local, state, and federal levels in five states. He is an avid Reds, Bengals, Buckeyes, and Bearcats fan.
Aditya got his start in politics like many others his age working on President Obama's reelection campaign in 2012. He went onto completing an Organizing for Action fellowship in the spring of 2014 which led him to his first job working on a campaign full time. After completing a state legislative race as the data director, he went onto working on various issue based campaigns. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati. He serves as the operations director, facilitating meetings, organizing events, and many of the data operations at Rivertown Strategies. Additionally he over sees the intern program and the day to day operations of the firm.
